Användarvillkor för Boomr Projects

1. Tjänsten

Boomr Projects (”tjänsten”) tillhandahålls av Boomr Group AB (”Boomr”, ”vi”) till företag (”kundföretaget”). Villkoren gäller för kundföretaget och för varje användare som kundföretaget ger ett konto. Har kundföretaget ett eget avtal med Boomr gäller det före dessa villkor.

2. Konton och behörighet

• Kundföretagets administratörer bjuder in användare och bestämmer deras roller och vilka delar av tjänsten som används.
• Användaren ska skydda sina inloggningsuppgifter och inte dela sitt konto. Misstänker du att någon annan har kommit åt ditt konto, byt lösenord och kontakta din administratör.
• Kundföretaget ansvarar för det användarna gör i tjänsten och för att uppgifterna som läggs in får behandlas där.

3. Användning

Tjänsten får inte användas för att bryta mot lag, kringgå säkerhet eller behörigheter, belasta tjänsten onormalt eller komma åt andra företags uppgifter.

4. AI-agenter

• Kundföretaget kan slå på AI-agenter. Då kan användare koppla en AI-app som de själva väljer, till exempel ChatGPT eller Claude, till sitt konto.
• AI-appen arbetar som användaren, med samma roll och behörighet. Den kan läsa det användaren ser och göra det användaren får göra med de verktyg Boomr erbjuder, till exempel rapportera tid och skapa utkast. Den kan inte skicka fakturor eller offerter, attestera eller bokföra.
• AI-appar kan missförstå och göra fel. Användaren ansvarar för att kontrollera det AI-appen gör i Boomr.
• Det AI-appen hämtar från Boomr behandlas också av AI-appens leverantör, enligt de villkor som användaren eller kundföretaget har med den leverantören. Boomr ansvarar inte för AI-appen.
• Användaren kan koppla bort AI-appen när som helst under Mina inställningar → AI-agenter, och kundföretagets administratörer kan koppla bort alla AI-appar. Vi kan stänga av en koppling vid misstänkt missbruk.

5. Kundföretagets uppgifter

Kundföretaget äger sina uppgifter i tjänsten. Vi behandlar dem för att leverera tjänsten, enligt integritetspolicyn och avtalet med kundföretaget.

6. Tillgänglighet och utveckling

Vi arbetar för att tjänsten ska vara tillgänglig och säker, men kan inte lova att den alltid är fri från fel och avbrott. Vi utvecklar tjänsten löpande och kan ändra eller ta bort funktioner.

7. Ansvar

Om inte annat följer av avtalet med kundföretaget eller av tvingande lag ansvarar Boomr inte för indirekta skador, till exempel utebliven vinst, eller för beslut som fattas utifrån uppgifter i tjänsten eller från en AI-app.

8. Ändringar av villkoren

Vi kan uppdatera villkoren. Större ändringar meddelar vi kundföretagets administratörer i förväg.

9. Tillämplig lag

Svensk lag gäller. Tvister avgörs av svensk allmän domstol.

Terms of use for Boomr Projects

1. The service

Boomr Projects (“the service”) is provided by Boomr Group AB (“Boomr”, “we”) to companies (“the customer company”). These terms apply to the customer company and to every user the customer company gives an account. If the customer company has a separate agreement with Boomr, that agreement takes precedence over these terms.

2. Accounts and permissions

• The customer company’s administrators invite users and decide their roles and which parts of the service are used.
• Users must protect their sign-in details and not share their account. If you suspect that someone else has accessed your account, change your password and contact your administrator.
• The customer company is responsible for what its users do in the service and for ensuring that the data entered may be processed there.

3. Use

The service may not be used to break the law, circumvent security or permissions, put abnormal load on the service or access other companies’ data.

4. AI agents

• The customer company can turn on AI agents. Users can then connect an AI app of their own choice, such as ChatGPT or Claude, to their account.
• The AI app acts as the user, with the same role and permissions. It can read what the user sees and do what the user may do with the tools Boomr provides, such as reporting time and creating drafts. It cannot send invoices or quotes, approve or book anything.
• AI apps can misunderstand and make mistakes. The user is responsible for checking what the AI app does in Boomr.
• What the AI app retrieves from Boomr is also processed by the AI app’s provider, under the terms the user or customer company has with that provider. Boomr is not responsible for the AI app.
• The user can disconnect the AI app at any time under Mina inställningar → AI-agenter (My settings → AI agents), and the customer company’s administrators can disconnect all AI apps. We may suspend a connection if we suspect abuse.

5. The customer company’s data

The customer company owns its data in the service. We process it to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy and the agreement with the customer company.

6. Availability and development

We work to keep the service available and secure, but cannot promise that it will always be free from errors and interruptions. We develop the service continuously and may change or remove features.

7. Liability

Unless otherwise stated in the agreement with the customer company or required by mandatory law, Boomr is not liable for indirect damage, such as loss of profit, or for decisions made based on data in the service or from an AI app.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We notify the customer company’s administrators in advance of significant changes.

9. Governing law

Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by Swedish general courts.
